Karate is a well-rounded physical activity for all ages, focused on setting and achieving personal goals. Every class offers a challenging workout, lessons about nutrition and creating healthy lifestyles, improving physical skills and resolving conflict. It is a fantastic way to build athletic skill for all endeavors.
We offer non-competitive classes where students focus on personal achievement. We believe everyone can achieve meaningful goals through positive choices. Students learn about managing stress, overcoming challenges and working with peers. The lessons of the dojo are lessons for succeeding in work, school and life!
Sensei David White is a 5th Dan in Isshinryu Karate, and full-time karate, self-defense and fitness instructor. In 2014, he was named Male Instructor of the Year by the Isshinryu Hall of Fame.
